Holly Brown Obituary
She leaves her husband of 18 years, W. James "Jim" Brown; two sons, Zachary J. Brown of Northborough and Samuel R. Brown of Shrewsbury; a daughter, Emily E. Brown of Shrewsbury; her mother, Patricia (Parker) Thayer of Shrewsbury; a brother, Peter Klein of Shrewsbury; a sister, Carol Klein-Mack of Boylston; nieces and nephews; and her mother-in-law, Jean Brown of Northborough. She was born in Worcester, raised in Northborough, daughter of the late John Klein. Holly attended Algonquin Regional High School.
Holly was an animal lover, talented stained glass artist, accomplished cook and lifelong gardener. She was an avid collector of antiques and books. Most of all, Holly loved spending time with her family. She will be dearly missed.
Calling hours will be held from 5 to 7 P.M. on Monday, January 15, 2007 in Hays Funeral Home, 56 Main Street, Northborough, followed by a funeral service at 7 P.M. in the funeral home. The Reverend Cynthia Maybeck will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to: American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
