Our hearts are with you and Emma at this time; I fondly remember Jim's time on this side of the ocean where we enjoyed good company, and a love of fine food, cigars and whiskeys. He will be much missed by those who knew him for his love of life and family and he will continue to live through you and Emma. Our deepest and sincere condolences.

Georgia, I am so very sorry to hear of Jim's passing. Although we lost touch a few years back, I still fondly remember the trials and tribulations we all went through. I loved having the opportunity to help you both out by cat-sitting whenever you visited Jim while he was off-site in another country. I also remember the kindness he often showed to me, helping me get to work on some of those snowy days when I didn't dare to drive in myself. I will miss him. Please take care of yourself, and call on me if/when ever you need to. Deepest sympathy to you and yours.

Jim and I were shipmates aboard USS VALDEZ (FF-1096) in the early 90's. It was a pleasant surprise to see him working at Quantum when I was there. His untimely passing is an absolute shock. My most sincerest thoughts and wishes to the family and friends of my former shipmate.
