James Orstrom Obituary
Millbury - James S. Orstrom Sr., 62, passed away Saturday, Oct. 31st in his home, after being stricken ill.
He leaves his wife of 41 years, Linda M. (Renauld) Orstrom; three sons, James S. Orstrom, Jr. and his wife, Jennifer, Justin W. Orstrom and his partner, Katie Krumseik and Jason J. Orstrom all of Millbury; three grandchildren, Israel Orstrom of Vancouver, WA, Tristan and Teagan Orstrom both of Millbury; a sister, Sharon Pichierri of Worcester; his father-in-law, Wallace Landry of Millbury; a sister-in-law, Donna Orstrom of NC; a brother-in-law, Ted Renauld and his wife, Diane of FL; nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents, John H. and Lorna V. (Hardy) Orstrom and a brother, John Orstrom.
Jim worked over 30 years for Morgan Construction Company. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, old western movies and had exceptional love for his dogs Budha and Maggie.
Jim's funeral will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 4th from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. in Millbury, with a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Brigid Church, 59 Main St. in Millbury. Calling hours will be held from 8 to 9:30 a.m. prior to the funeral in the funeral home. Burial will be in Central Cemetery in Millbury. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to any Animal Rescue League.
