Oxford/Sturbridge - Oxford...Jason W. Wetteland, 51, died Sunday, February 14, 2021, at UMass Memorial Medical Center/University Campus.

He is survived by his children Jason Wetteland, Jr of Worcester, and Jessi Jean Wetteland of Virginia Beach, VA and their mother Tammy Maloney of Worcester, and daughter Randi Sheehan of Worcester. He leaves his mother Jean A. (Boudreau) and her husband Bruce Peloquin of Loris, SC., his sisters Jackie Brogna of Sturbridge, Carrie Freeman of CT, Victoria Welcome of Athol, Bobby-Jo Wetteland of Worcester, and Kristen Marie Torrealba of Florida, his fiancée Tracie Byron of Oxford, and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins, and his beloved dog Kane. He will also be missed by his many close friends.

Jason was born in Southbridge, September 16, 1969, lived many years in Sturbridge, and attended Tantasqua Regional High School. He worked as a mechanic in Florida for many years, and he most enjoyed deep sea fishing.

Funeral services and burial will be private. Sansoucy Funeral Home, 40 Marcy Street, Southbridge, MA 01550 is directing arrangements.
