John Bush Obituary
HANOVER - John J. "Jack" Jr. Bush of Hanover, formerly of Chatham, died June 6, 2014. Jack was born in Medford, MA, son of the late John and Theresa Bush. Jack graduated from Malden Catholic High School, College of the Holy Cross and Suffolk University Law School. His early years in the legal profession were spent at legal aid services in central Mass. He later joined the practice of Rollins, Rollins and Fox in Chestnut Hill. In 1978, Jack started a real estate investment and management company Heritage Properties that continues to operate in Lowell, MA and Portland, ME. Jack enjoyed a full life. His favorite hobbies included sailing, traveling, skiing, tennis and many others. His intellectual curiosity kept him learning all his life. Jack loved people more than all else. He enjoyed his friends, his family and especially travel and quiet times with his wife Melody.
Jack is survived by his loving wife, Melody (LeBretton) Bush of Hanover. He is the beloved father of Brian Bush and his wife Kathleen of Westborough, Michelle Moore and her husband Andrew of Newton, Melissa Primeau and her husband Jeffrey of Westborough, Matthew LeBretton and his wife Michelle of Hingham and the late Kristen Bush. Jack is predeceased by his beloved first wife, Suzanne (Tetrault) Bush. Jack is also survived by his brother, Arthur Bush of Arlington and his two sisters, MaryJane Hurley of Longmeadow and Patricia Quinn of Harvard. He is the cherished grandfather of Jeffrey Bush, Meagan, Katelyn and Erin Moore, Mary Bush, Ryan and Owen Primeau and Samantha, Abigail and Jacob LeBretton. Jack is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 3-7pm in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald Street, (off Central St.) HINGHAM. A Celebration of Life service will be held in the funeral home at 9am Wednesday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Mary of the Sacred Heart Church, 392 Hanover Street, Hanover, MA. Burial in Hanover Center Cemetery. Donations in memory of Jack may be made to Multiple System Atrophy Coalition, 9935-D Rea Road-#212, Charlotte, NC 28277. For directions and online condolences see:

Every one who thinks of Jack smiles when we reflect on his warm ~ loving heart and the full of gratitude way he led his life. He made us feel special and loved. That is a gift Jack gave daily to all who came in contact with him. A gentle soul bursting with a desire to do for others. We are grateful to have known him. He set the bar high for each of us.
