John Setaro Obituary
WORCESTER - John Thomas Setaro, 58, passed away in the comfort of his home on Friday, March 18, 2016.
He leaves behind his daughter, Amanda J. Setaro, 29, and his son, Angelo J. Setaro, 28, both of Worcester, MA.
Not a person in Worcester County would say they haven't heard a story or two of the infamous John Setaro. He loved life and lived by the beat of his own drum. There wasn't a project he couldn't tackle, whether it was building a construction enterprise or concocting what he dubbed an alien communication device. Truly, he knew a little bit about every invaluable fact, so you learned something new every time he spoke –fabricated or not, no one really knew!
Though he left too soon, he was one of the most fascinating people you were ever lucky enough to meet. A liturgy of the Word service will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, March 25th at Our Lady of Angels Church, 1222 Main Street Worcester, MA 01603. Burial will be at a later date.
Graham, Putnam & Mahoney Funeral Parlors, 838 Main Street Worcester, MA 01610 is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.

I met John Setaro back in 1977 when I worked with his sister Terri, at Anna Maria Rest Home. John and Terri were the most awesome people I have ever met in my life! Unfortunately I lost touch with John. The last time I saw him was at my daughter's christening party. So very sad to see you have passed. My sympathy to your family and friends. Rest in Peace, my friend.
