Judith Luperchio Obituary
SUTTON - Judith Anne (Raymond) Luperchio, 68, passed away Friday, March 1, 2013 in Ichabod Washburn Hospice surrounded by her loving family. She leaves her husband of 48 years, Anthony J. Luperchio Sr.; 3 children- Christine M. Wilcox and her husband Gary of Worcester, Anthony J. Luperchio, Jr. and his wife Ellen of Webster, and Susan B. Mendoza and her husband Christopher of Sutton; 6 grandchildren-Ryan, Matthew, and Adam Wilcox, Kyle, Sarah and Nicholas Mendoza; 1 great grandson Brayden; and a brother Paul Prus; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Peter Prus.
Judy was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Anne C. (Balsis) Raymond. She graduated from Commerce High School and soon after embarked upon her greatest joy of being a wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She also enjoyed reading, gardening, and family vacations. Judith was a member of St. Mark's Church in Sutton.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 from 5-8 p.m. in Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln St., Worcester, MA 01605. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Mark's Church, 356 Boston Rd., Sutton. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester. There are no words to discribe what my mothers love has ment to me. She was my best friend. She helped me heal when I needed it, was a shoulder to cry on, my pillar of strength when my knees were to weak to hold me. Now that she is in Gods loving arms I know that she is safe and is no longer suffering. I will miss you and always hold you in my heart. I love you Mom.
