Laney Phillips Obituary
Paxton - Laney Margaret Phillips passed away peacefully at the age of 12 days, in the loving arms of her parents on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at UMASS Memorial Healthcare in Worcester. Laney can finally rest in peace after a brief time on earth and a courageous fight to live.
She will be forever missed by her family: her father, Joseph E. Phillips; her mother, Nicole D. Cicio; her big brother, Joey; her uncle, Jared M. Cicio; her aunt, Kelly Cicio; her big cousin, Patrick; her grandfather, Elliot Phillips; and many other close family and friends that loved her. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Robert F. Cicio Jr, her grandmother, Lynn Medeiros, her aunt, Brianna and her aunt, Jennifer.
Laney experienced holding hands with her mommy and daddy, hugs and kisses from her family, listening as her mommy and daddy sang her songs and read her books, and being told "I love you" an uncountable amount of times.
Laney will be deeply loved for the rest of our lives and will be missed forever. Laney will always remain our sweet baby girl and Joey's little sister and we will all be together again someday.
If anyone would like to make a donation in Laney's memory, please donate to the March of Dimes, 112 Turnpike Road S-300, Westborough, MA 01581. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main St., Holden.
