Lillian Macaruso Obituary
Worcester, Ma. - Lillian (Alfreds) Macaruso of #2 Clarence St. Worcester passed peacefully on 5/22/21 with her son Joseph and his family in there home in Crestview Fl. She was a graduate of Commerce High in Worcester. Lillian was happily married for 38 years to her husband Joseph who passed in 1998. She had one daughter Kristina Marie that passed as an infant and leaves three sons Joseph and his wife Teresa of Crestview Fla., David and his wife Cindy of Brookefield Ma. and Michael of Worcester and former wife Michelle of Hubbardston. Lillian had 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She also leaves two living sisters Sandra Kirkorian and Winifred Benway and two living brothers Steven Alfreds and Robert Alfreds. She also had two sisters and five brothers that predeceased her Florence Tisdell, Virginia Lisseno, Herbert Alfreds, Donald Alfreds, Dennis Alfreds, Douglas Alfreds and Philip Alfreds. Lillian was a great mother and grandmother that loved her family and most of all spending time vacationing in Maine with her husband, family and friends. There will be a private graveside ceremony at St. Johns cemetery in Worcester on 6/11 at 11:00.

We are so sorry to hear the passing of aunt Lilly. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the family. One of the memories I will always have of her was her giddy infectious laugh. She always had you laughing with her. The family gatherings and the Xmas eves were all so happy and fun. God bless aunt Lilly. RIP
