Marcos Lopes Obituary
Worcester - Marcos Aurelio Lopes died April 6th. Lopes was born on December 26th 1990. He survived by his mother Robyn Lopes, of Worcester, his father and sister of Brazil, wife Amber Lopes and his two children Sadie and Max Lopes of Chicopee. Lopes also has numerous aunts, uncles and cousins around the U.S. and Brazil.
Marcos was a 2009 graduate of Worcester Technical High School where he excelled at welding. He served for 6 years in the U.S. Army and was a veteran of Iraq War. Marcos was very creative and enjoyed writing, drawing and playing guitar. He loved his children and enjoyed spending time with them. Services are private. The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Independence Hall of Shrewsbury.

Marcos was a very good friend of mine and he actually helped me edit my first two novels which are now on Amazon. I would have been able to get this far without him. I appreciated our friendship and I am thankful to have had him a part of my life. My next book will be dedicated to him. www.calsherwoodbooks.com my first two books: The Morning Glories and Tell Me Again How Great I Am, were edited by him.

My sincerest condolences!!! Marcos will be greatly missed by so many. He had such a great personality and was so caring of others and always tried to make everyone else happy! He was a great person to be around.
