Marilyn "Kim" Lindquist

Marilyn "Kim" (Supernor) Lindquist, 52, of Fairhaven, passed away Thursday, April 29, 2010 at home surrounded by her family. She was a long-time companion of Kenneth R. Munroe, Sr. of Fairhaven.

Born in Worcester, MA, the daughter of Marilyn E. (Riel) Supernor-Soter of Worcester and the late Earl G. Supernor, she lived most of her life in the Worcester area settling in Fairhaven 14 years ago. Kim attended Doherty High School and graduated from Greenfield Community College.

She worked in accounting at the High Point Treatment Center until her illness. Kim enjoyed traveling and vacationing to various Blue's Music Festivals. She also enjoyed nature and gardening.

She is also survived by a daughter, Kara Michelle Lindquist of Fairhaven; four sisters: Candis Hebert of Florida and New Hampshire, Cynthia Kachadoorian of Worcester, Jerrilyn McMaster of Sterling, MA and Earlyne Murray of Holden, MA; two brothers: Carl Supernor of West Covina, California and Glenn Supernor of New Bedford; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Kim was the sister of the late Dennis Supernor.

In accordance with her wishes, she will be cremated and calling hours with memorial tribute will be held Tuesday, May 4, 2010 from 5-7 PM in the Fairhaven Funeral Home, 117 Main Street, Fairhaven with a prayer service at 7:00 PM.
