Mary Ann (Trifone) Brodeur
Dudley - Mary Ann (Trifone) Brodeur, 65, of West Main St., died Thursday, Jan. 12th, in the UMass Memorial Medical Center, Memorial Campus, Worcester, after an illness.
She leaves her three children, Paul J. Brodeur and his wife Eyvette of N. Grosvenordale, CT, Anne Marie LaFond and her husband Ron of Woodstock Valley, CT, and Amy B. Brodeur of Winter Park, FL; two sisters, Lisa M. Kemp of Thompson, CT and Donna M. Trifone of Charlton; five brothers, Raymond Trifone of Worcester, David Trifone of Palm Coast, FL, Anthony Trifone, Jr. of Belchertown, Richard Trifone of Worcester and John Trifone of Southbridge; six grandchildren, Paul Brodeur, Jr., Carissa Brodeur, Mitchell Brodeur, Vanessa Valenti, Marcus Valenti and Corey LaFond; her best friend of 30 years, Theresa Urbanowski of Dudley and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother James Trifone. She was born in Southbridge the daughter of the late Anthony R. and Ida A. (Smarelli) Trifone.
Mary worked for L D Transportation, retiring recently. She loved doing crafts and loved going out to eat especially for breakfast. She enjoyed summer vacations at Hampton Beach, NH. Most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially spending time with her grandchildren.
Her funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 18th, at 10:00am in St. Mary's Church of the Blessed John Paul II Parish, 267 Hamilton St., Southbridge. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery, Southbridge. There are no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Lung Association, 460 Totten Pond Rd., #400, Waltham, MA 02451-1942.
The Daniel T. Morrill Funeral Home, 130 Hamilton St., Southbridge, is directing arrangements.
