Mollie Riseberg Obituary

Mollie (Linsky) Riseberg, 96, of 475 Chandler St. died Saturday, August 25 in the Jewish Healthcare Center. Her husband George Riseberg died in 1991.

She leaves two daughters, Elaine Cooperman and her husband Alan of Holden and Anita Krivis of Brecksville, Ohio; a sister Rose Blatt of Framingham; nine grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Her son Dr. Leslie Riseberg, her grandson Steven Cooperman, her son-in-law Dr. Alan Krivis and her brother Morris Linsky predeceased her.

She was born in Cambridge a daughter of Louis and Ida (Levine) Linsky and was raised in Worcester. She lived in Malden and Cambridge for 61 years before moving back to Worcester in 2001.

She was a member of Congregation Shaarai Zedeck in Clinton and Congregation Agudas Achim in Malden.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m on TUESDAY, AUGUST 28 in Perlman Funeral Home, 1026 Main St. The private burial will be in Lebanon Tifereth Israel Cemetery in Peabody, MA. Memorial observance will be held on Tuesday, August 28 beginning at 3 p.m at The Seasons Clubhouse, 2 Seasons Drive in Holden. Memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 495 Old Connecticut Path, Suite 220, Framingham, MA 01701 or to Congregation Shaarai Zedeck, 105 Water St., Clinton, MA 01510.
