Muriel E. Olson, 90

FRAMINGHAM/AUBURN - Muriel E. (Storms) Olson, 90, of Framingham and formerly of Auburn, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at Framingham Union Hospital.

Born, raised, and educated in Worcester, Muriel was one of three daughters born to the late Alfred P. and Dorothy E. (Wind) Storms. She graduated from North High School, Worcester, and Concordia College, Bronxville, NY. She was a secretary at Dun and Bradstreet in NYC, State Mutual and Belmont St. Baptist Church, both in Worcester, the Assemblies of God District Office in Auburn, and in her retirement years at Maykel Law Office in Auburn. She married Robert Olson in 1958 and they settled in Auburn to raise their family. She and Bob enjoyed winters in Ft. Myers, FL and summers at Cape Cod. She was a member of Belmont Street Baptist Church, where she faithfully served her Lord and Savior as a member of the choir and Missions committee. In her free time, Muriel liked spending time with friends and family, and gardening.

She is survived by her children: Cynthia L. Olson, of MN, Mark W. Olson and his wife Alexandra, of MA, and Keith E. Olson and his wife Catherine, of MA; four grandchildren, John, Elizabeth, Brian, and Nora Olson; her sister, Judith Kraft, of FL; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband in 2003, and her sister, Joyce Brown.

Due to COVID restrictions, funeral will be limited to immediate and extended family on Saturday December 12, 2020 at 10:00am, at the BRITTON - WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 91 Central Street, Auburn, MA.
