Nancy Wedge Obituary
She was the wife of Edward F. Wedge for 56 years. Nancy was a homemaker and enjoyed knitting.
Born in Newton, MA, she was the daughter of the late Anthony R. and Edith (Hanscom) Emmetts. Nancy is survived by two sons, Stephen E. married to Patricia Wedge of Mebane, NC, and Norman W. married to Jennifer Wedge of Baldwinville, MA; a daughter, Cindy Drob of Lancaster, PA; three brothers, Robert married to Marie Emmetts of OK, Paul married to Barbara Emmetts of TN, Richard Emmetts; and six grandchildren. Nancy was preceded in death by a sister, Helen.
MEMORIAL SERVICE: Thursday, April 29, 2010 at 7:00 PM in the Bachman Funeral Home, 7 South Decatur Street, Strasburg, PA. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider sending a contribution in Nancy's memory to Hospice of Lancaster County, P.O. Box 4125, Lancaster, PA 17604-412.

I was saddened to read of Nancy's passing. We were neighbors in Northboro for many years and I remember her fondly. My sympathy to Ed, Steve, Cindy and Norman.

I am so saddened at Nancy's death. She was a fine lady whom I got to love and appreciate in the short years that I knew her. My sincere condolences to Homer and her children and grandchildren, of whom she was so very proud.

I am so sorry to see this news, Nancy was like a second mom to me when I was friends with her son Stephen. Had many enjoyable times hanging around the house.
