Norman Coates Obituary
Dorchester - Norman F. Coates Sr. died March 16, 2012 at home peacefully. He is survived by wife Rose (Dzuris) Coates, 6 children, 5 siblings, many grand and great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces. Mr. Coates lived in Worcester many years. He retired from the Brush Hill Bus Company. Mr. Coates will be remembered fondly for his good humor and gregarious demeanor. Per the deceased request, there will be no funeral services but a memorial celebration with family and friends to be determined at a future date.

God gave me the opportunity to meet Mr. Coates a long time ago, this is why I will miss him deeply, but our comfort comes from God and I know for sure that he has been console. deepest condolences for Ms Rose. Love you always Yolanda

I only knew Mr. Coates for a short while, but I enjoyed his sense of humor and his interest in other people. My sympathy to Rose and all his children and extended family.
