Although I hadn't seen Norman since High School I was saddened to hear of His passing. It sounds like He was a great guy.

"Mr. Lavallee" was my favorite teacher in junior high in 1960 in Northboro. I was saddened to read of his passing. He was a truly nice individual, who loved people and treated us kindly and respectfully. I remember him very fondly...my sympathies to his family.

To the Family of Norm Lavallee,
I am saddened to hear of Norm's passing and would like to send my condolences to each of you. Norm and I became friends while he worked at the Worcester Art Museum and we spent a fair amount of time chatting about all things Red Sox. He has been missed since he left the Museum. I have no doubt he will now be greatly missed by each of you.
Sincerely,
Philip Klausmeyer

Norm was a delightful addition to the Worcester Art Museum staff. He was friendly and helpful but more importantly, he was very interested in each and every person he spoke to--believe me, he spoke to many! I loved the days that Norm worked at the front desk--I'd arrive for work and he would always have something interesting to say about something he read, somethng that he had remembered that related to a topic I was interested in, something just intended to brighten up the day.
Norm touched my life. May his memory be a blessing to his entire family.
