Richard Caribo Obituary
Worcester - Richard C. Caribo Sr. 92 of 19 King Philip Road passed away peacefully at home on November 6, 2020. He now joins his loving wife Dolly Ellarie Caribo who passed away on February 5, 2003. He leaves two sons Richard C. Caribo Jr.; Michael R Caribo both of Worcester; a daughter Penny S Hollopeter of Cheboygan MI; many nieces; nephews; grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Richard was a veteran of WWII. Richard worked for Heald Machine Corporation for 36 years before retiring in 1987. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family. All services will be private.

To the Caribo family, Our condolences to all of you on the passing of Dick. A staple of King Philip, he was always welcoming with kind words and a smile. I will always have great memories from over the years. I will miss him. I hope you all find comfort knowing he is with his beloved Dolly.

I delivered the newspaper to the Caribo family back in the 60's. I grew up on Greendale Ave. in the Greendale neighborhood. Back then Olsen& Sunquist Cutlers Melvins 5&10 Carol's restaurant Greendale luncheonette and King Phillip bowling was my life.I also worked with Dick as we called him at Heald Machine from 71-87. I worked in dept.29 milling machines I learned the trade from men like Dick who was always willing to help out as needed. I remember talking about the neighborhoods history and present politics. My blessings and prays to his family. HE WILL REST IN PEACE.

He was a neighbor and friend of myself and my late husband Carl remember many evenings playing cards with he and his wife Dolly and Willoughby. Was alway happy to see us such a nice guy.

Penny, Rick and Mike, I'm so sorry to hear, but I'll always remember your dad as a good guy with a great sense of humor. I used to enjoy his and Dolly's company at family gatherings on Andover St.
