Rick was a wonderful man and a great adjuster. I remember him with fondness from the old Commerce days and more recently at Certuse Adjustment. He was always ready to help with a claim any way he could. I'll miss him on claims and am very sorry for your loss. Rick's passing is a loss for us all.

Judy, Frank and Cathy
Claudia and I are so heartbroken and shocked over Rick's sudden passing. Rick was always such a likable young man. We think back when the Foley family visited my home and the youngsters swam in our pool at a time when Frank and I worked at Travelers Insurance. When Rick began at Commerce Insurance I made a point of having him in my department because I knew of his solid family background and the type of dedicated hard working person he was. He was so gifted with intelligence, professionalism and good natured manners that everyone looked up to him. All the Commerce Property adjusters knew they could rely on Rick for his guidance and expertise. Memories of his friendly smile and approachable character will stay with me forever.
Our deepest, heartfelt sympathies go out to you and may you find peace in this time of loss.

Dear Beth and Patrick
I am so sorry and heartbroken to learn of Rick's sudden passing that words cannot express how saddened Claudia and I are. Rick was such a nice man in every aspect of his life. His love and dedication for both of you was always so apparent. I became very fond of Rick while he worked for me at Commerce Insurance and later when it became Mapfre Insurance. We had some wonderful times working together and even some socializing after work including several ski trips. He was a true gentlemen, professional and such an intelligent adjuster. I will always remember his smile and friendly personality.
Our hearts are with you in this time of sorrow.

Having Rick be part of our family and company for the last 9 years, after having worked with him while he was at Commerce for many years before that, we all grew to admire and respect Rick more each and every day. It was clear that his love for Beth and Pat knew no bounds.
His presence was larger than life but he was also humble, polite and hard working. He always had a smile on his face, NEVER had a bad thing to say about anyone and had a temperament that is very unusual for our line of work. If we all had a little more Rick Foley in us, we'd all be better for it.

RIP Rick, you will be missed, you can't be replaced and you will never be forgotten.

Such a shocking revelation that makes all of us so sad. Rick was a gentle man, a loving husband, a great father, and a welcoming friend to anyone who cared to be a part of his life. Rick was a guy who had many qualities I wished were my own. His dedication to Beth and Pat was unquestionable as everything he did was with them in mind. Life is cruel and the people left behind will suffer from the loss but rest assured that Rick lives on and is waiting for the rest of us to see him in his glory.
