Dear Marie & Family:

I's sorry to hear of Dick's passing. I shared an office (cubicle) with Dick during my first "real" job in R&D at Norton Company. It is still one of the most pleasant memories of my working career, in large part, because of his good nature.

You are in my thoughts.

Dear Marie, Richard, Holly and Lauri,

We were sad to hear of Dick's passing. As you know, for many years our families were always quite close and we will miss him enormously.

I was fortunate in being able to work with Dick in R&D for many years. He was that rare thing in life - an expert with no condescension. He gave of his knowledge with grace, and always with humor.

Unfortunately we will be in transit from Florida, arriving too late to see you at St. Mary's.

Meanwhile you are all in our thoughts and prayers!
