Robert Brokaw Obituary
He was born to Sadie Vriesema Brokaw and Robert Brokaw Sr. in Ridgewood.
He will best be remembered for his love of music and playing his guitars.
Mr. Brokaw is survived by his spouse, Irene Brokaw; his children, Jessica Lynne Brokaw of Chatham, Erik Paul Brokaw and his wife, Jacqueline, of Franklin and Kristofer Graham Brokaw of Sparta; his granddaughter, Serenity Leigh Brokaw; his sisters, Lois Losee and her husband, Raymond, and Sandra Barker and her husband, David, all of Earlville, N.Y.; and his nieces, Brittany Barker and Sandra Kohlhepp.
Friends may call today, Nov. 21, 2008, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., at Goble Funeral Home, 22 Main St., Sparta. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 22, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Lake Church, 294 Sparta Ave., Sparta. Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
