One of the very best Emergency Physicians I've ever met, and just as good a human being. My family's thoughts and prayers are with Nan and the entire Stine family

Bob was an outstanding role model both as a physician and a person. Together you and Bob were outstanding as an example of what marriage and family should be, Nan. I will never forget the kindness both you and Bob always showed me. God bless you and your wonderful family.

Dr. Bob was a true professional in every sense. He was a mentor to generations of us that did our Emergency Medicine training in Worcester. On behalf of all my fellow residents and the thousands of patients entrusted to our care, we thank-you Bob and wish Nan and family peace and love at this difficult time.

Dear Nan,
My heart goes out to you and your family for this tremendous loss. Bob was one of the warmest and kindest person to have crossed my life path. His wisdom and knowledge changed the life for the better of many ED residents, patients, and friends. The customary dinner, cocktails, and stories with me on your visits to Hawaii were always such a treat and custom. His love of Hula pie was legendary. Please know that he will always be remembered by me as a great friend and mentor. Warmest Aloha, Jon Jancaterino

I will truly miss Dr Bob Stine. We have become good friends over the years and kept in touch regularly. We talked of family, friends and vacations. Bob always gave me good advise, especially on my trip to Hawaii. I will miss our phone tags, little visits in Fort Myer. Nancy, you were the light that lit up his life. You two were an amazing couple. God Bless you.

I worked with Dr. Stine during my internal medicine training at UMASS. He was always a pleasure to work with and had a good sense of humor.

When I tearfully told a good friend of mine that my brother Rob had just died, she said to me, "You know, some people go a whole lifetime and never experience the kind of loving relationship you had with your brother." She was right. I am so thankful for that! I will miss you so much Rob and feel your days here were cut short. Love forever. Enjoy being with Ma and daddy.

While visiting my college roommate, Nancy I always enjoyed discussing Financial Planning with Rob. That was an easy way to get a conversation going! Most things we agreed on, and I had Lots of new questions for my own financial advisor! Rob will be missed. Linda Carroll Brawn
