Rose Tomaso Obituary
Webster -
Rose M. (Pizzetti) Tomaso, 95, passed away Sunday, May 21, 2017 at Webster Manor. Her husband, Charles T. Tomaso, Sr. died in 1969.
She leaves a son, Charles 'Chuck' T. Tomaso, Jr. of Webster and a daughter, Josephine 'Josie' Martin and her husband Gerard of Webster, 2 grandchildren; Gina Olesnevich and Matthew Martin, 6 great grandchildren, 2 brothers, Walter R. 'Spotsie' Pizzetti and Alfred M. 'Cookie' Pizzetti of Webster, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by a son, Anthony 'Tony' Tomaso who died in 1999.
Rose was born in Webster, daughter of the late Lawrence and Nina (Polletta) Pizzetti and lived here all her life. Rose was a member of St. Louis Church, enjoyed going to the casinos and was an avid bingo player.
She worked at the former Webster Shoe Company.
The family would like to say "Thank You" to the caring staff at Webster Manor for making Rose's stay with them, peaceful and comfortable.
A Funeral Mass for Rose will be Saturday, May 27, 2017 at 10 AM in St. Louis Church, 14 Lake St. burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Dudley, next to her husband and son.
Calling hours will be Friday, May 26, 2017 from 5-7PM at the ROBERT J.MILLER FUNERAL HOME and LAKE CHAPEL, 366 School St.
