Rudolph Holoway Obituary
Guy was born in Worcester, the son of Rudolph A. and Frances M. (Ducas) Holoway. He graduated from Commerce High School in 1964 and worked at his father's salvage yard briefly. He suffered from mental illness and was a resident of Worcester State Hospital for many years. Guy enjoyed writing songs, poetry, singing, art and holiday parties with his family. He was known for his generosity, sense of humor and kind spirit. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
A farewell memorial will be held in his honor Friday, January 12th at 1:00 P.M. in the chapel of Worcester State Hospital, 305 Belmont Street. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Worcester State Hospital, Patient Fund, 305 Belmont Street, Worcester, MA 01604. O'CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, is directing arrangements.

It is with honor and gratitude that I will remember Guy and all of you, his very special family.

Thank you for sharing the most beautiful and life affirming Farewell with all of us. Your family is proof that goodness and kindness and a great sense of comforting humor is reason enough for the world to go on.
