Mihaly "Mike" Vitencz

Mihaly "Mike" Vitencz, 83, of Flagler Beach, Fla., died at the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House in Palm Coast, Fla., on July 6, 2013. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held on Aug. 10 at the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Road, Fairfield, N.J., from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Send condolencesto stellatofuneralhomes.com Mike was born and raised in Marianosztra, Hungary, where he learned his appreciation and love for family, friends, and gypsy violin music. He immigrated to the United States in 1957, where he spent most of the next 40 years living in Fairfield. There he married his beloved wife, Ella, and together they raised two children. He was the proud owner and operator of Elmi Machine & Tool Company and an investor in real estate in Flagler Beach. In 1997, he became a permanent resident of Flagler Beach. He is survived by his son, Victor Vitencz, of Fairfield; his daughter, Judy Kulich and her husband, George Kulich Jr., of Jefferson Township, N.J.; his four grandchildren, Zack, Alina, Gabriella and Anneliese, and his beloved sister, Piroska, of Erd, Hungary.
