Sandra Pietro Obituary
Barre - Sandra "Sandi" M. Pietro, 64. It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Sandi Pietro announces her passing on June 4, 2017 after a brief illness.
She will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by her husband and best friend of 47 years, Ed Pietro and their children Angela Pietro-Govoni, and Belinda Pietro; 3 grandchildren Anthony, Delainey and Siiri who think their Nana hung the moon; 7 sisters, 2 brothers, and many nieces & nephews.
Sandi was well known for her love of gardening, Disney, her big kind heart, as well as spitfire personality.
Friends and family are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, June 29, 2017 from 5-7PM in Pillsbury Funeral Home, 96 S. Barre Rd., Barre.

It's been a long time but I just want to say that I have the best memories of you from my childhood. Sleepovers at your house, Christmas with the pinatas ... Life is so hard and I have a lot of regrets but I will never forget you and what you meant to me. I love you auntie Sandi. Always.

Uncle Eddie, Angela & Belinda,
My heart aches for all of you (& of course Anthony, Delainy & Siiri). I am still in shock as I am sure you guys are too. Please know my thoughts & prayers have been with you all.. I have MANY great memories.. Playing in the pool (at night), just being us 4 girls who were so close, fireworks, Barbie's... Love you all. She is now with Nana & Grandpa. Words can't begin to say how I'm feeling right now. My sister , my friend, has gone with the angels. Sandi,, my heart is torn. And I'm not sure what we're gonna do without you here. I have so many wonderful, funny memories to hold on to. And I thank you for them. I love you and now it's time for you to make some new ones with Mom and Dad. Until we see each other again. ❤

To Ed and the Pietro and Langley family. I have been friends with Sandy since the mid 60's. It was so good to get to see her at a small reunion a few years ago. I wish I could be with all of you at the service in person but will be with all of you in my heart.

Aside from the countless number of times I have needed/wanted to call you, this just hit me with "real". It's like the worst nightmare I can't wake up from. My soul is sad.....my whole being hurts. At the end of every day I am amazed another day has passed without you. And at the start of every day I don't want to open my eyes knowing you're not here.
I am so lucky you were my mom and best friend. You were my biggest fan and I'll sure miss how much you loved me. I'm so lucky you were my mama!!
