Thomas Ardan, 56

CHARLTON - Thomas Ardan, 56, of Charlton, died, Saturday, October 1st from injuries sustained on an automobile accident. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Mary E. (Papageorge) Ardan; his son, Adam Thomas Ardan and his fiancee, Krystle C. Noyes of Charlton, his mother Akabi (Kuyumjian) Ardan of Hyannis; a brother, Raffi Ardan and his wife, Mine of Hyannis; two nephews, Alen and Arda Ardan; his god-daughter, Angelina Papageorge; and several close cousins and friends.

He was born in Istanbul, Turkey, his father was the late Migirdic Ardan. Mr. Ardan had worked as self-employed contractor and real estate investor. He was a member of the Armenian Church of Our Saviour, the Masonic Lodge, York Rite and the Shriner's. Thomas was an avid fisherman, but his greatest joy was time spent with family and friends. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

His funeral will be held on Monday, October 10th at 1:00 p.m. in the Armenian Church of Our Saviour, 87 Salisbury Street. Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery. There are no calling hours. O'CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue is assisting the family with arrangements.
