Timothy O'Keefe Obituary

Timothy Michael O'Keefe, 46, of Fairmont, passed very suddenly from this life, Tuesday, (Nov. 4, 2008) as the result of an accident. He was born in Southbridge, Mass. on April 3, 1962 a son of Nancy Fountain O'Keefe of Warren, Mass and Joseph O'Keefe of Warren, Mass.

Tim was Catholic by faith. He was a construction worker with the Jones Construction Co. He was an avid softball player and has traveled to several states with his team "Real Estate Plus" and formerly "The Derby". He also enjoyed playing scrabble and golf, being with his friends and especially helping others. He will be sadly missed by all that knew him.

In addition to his parents Tim is survived by his fiancée, Maureen "Moe" Boyle, with whom he made his home; her son, Connor McCauley of Buckhannon; two brothers, Kevin O'Keefe and his wife Lisa of Warren, Mass, Ronald O'Keefe of Bellingham, WA; two sisters, Sherron Gaudette and her husband Mark of Belchertown, Mass. and Karen O'Keefe of Largo, FL; his step-mother, Marie O'Keefe of Warren, Mass; one step-brother, Richard Riberdy and his wife Cathy of Warren, Mass; and several nieces and nephews.

Services were held in Fairmont, WV, Sunday afternoon with Father Jude Molnar officiating.

When I think about Timmy, I think about all the fun times we had. I will always remeber the day Timmy was holding Thomas and I on both of his shoulders, Like a muscle man!!! I also think of Timmy as the dad I never had....You will be missed!
