Weiwei Ma, 60

WESTBOROUGH - Weiwei Ma, 60, of Westborough, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 24, 2017 at home. She was the wife of Xianping Zhang.

Born in Beijing, China she was the daughter of the late Heng Ma and Shujuan Zhang. She was educated in China where she earned her bachelor's degree and graduated from Strayer University in Washington, DC earning a master's in mechanical engineering.

Weiwei was employed as an engineer for Boyd Coating Research Co. in Hudson prior to her retirement and was a member of The Chinese Gospel Church of Massachusetts in Southborough.

In addition to her husband she is survived by one daughter, Minsi Zhang of New York; one brother, Kai Ma of China and one granddaughter.

Her funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 2, at 10:00 A.M. in The Chinese Gospel Church, 60 Turnpike Rd., Southborough.

Calling hours will precede the service from 8:30 to 10:00 A.M. at the church.

Weiwei, we will miss you forever as our closest friend and the best person we have known in the world. You were the one giving hands to friends whenever they need help and cheering with them for the achievements and joyful moment in the life. Now, may you be in peace after years of fighting cancer. Xianping, Minsi and family, we are so sorry for your lost, our condolence and thoughts are with you at this very sad time.
