Billy and I sat next to one another in the Police Academy (Massachusetts Crimal Justice Training Academy) We were competive in every way possible. In the end, first time co-valectorian for the class was chosen. We shared notes, he helped me with the physical
part of the Academy. From our range scores, Billy beat me by something like .124% lower than his. Never before had range scores been a part of final scores. It was rigged for Billy, and we talked about it. We decided to be loyal and equal and friends. I have missed Billy for a long time, and know that we will be buddies in Heaven. I adored him for giving me strength and hope when I needed it, and motivation to excell with him! Billy Quinn, your memory has and will forever enrich my life.
Bless your family, whom I never knew. My contact info is Debbie Artigliere (Wallace) 386-212-4984. Please call with memories of Billy.

Bill, every time that I had to make a delivery to the P.D. I would have someone page you and we would do some catching up on things. The next time that I have a delivery to the P.D. is going to be a very sad time for me. Rest easy Bill, Joe Salo.
