Betty was our neighbor when I was growing up, and was always quiet and thoughtful. Her Dad was a neighborhood favorite, since he worked with the Tech football program, and had great stories for us!

Dear Jenni and Terri, my sympathy is added to that of so many friends. I know it is a pain almost beyond comprehension. We know that she is no longer suffering and is at peace in the love of our Lord. I feel so blessed that some of us were able during the past year to renew our high school friendship and to share memories and laughter. I am sorry to hear of Bette passing. Since I have been a member of Bills fan club since the girls until the time he disband it I was fortunate to have seen the girls when they were very small and to meet Bette.
I only met her once but I always ask one of the girls about her at Bills fan club dinners.

I am so glad that I got to see your mom on sunday at Hospice. She was a living testimony to me in terms of what the face of COURAGE looks like when facing death. She was an AMAZING Godly woman whom I will miss. I am honored to have known her for 15 plus years!! And you are amazing daughters whom she was so proud of!!

Jenni and Terri, I am sorry about your loss. Mothers are special and it is very hard to deal with the death of them. There is always something that reminds one of them, maybe a note a picture a favorite song...just little things, so many memories and it doesn`t help any to say well she is better off. Only GOD and time help. Thinking of you as your dad is my favorite singer/writer. May you feel GOD`s presence as you adjust of her not being there.

I'm really sorry to hear of Bette's passing. I never met her, but I did meet one of you either Jenni and Terri in Provo, UT when you visited at Bill's radio station back in the 1970's. I was the engineer and one of the DJs there at KFTN Radio 14. I wish both of you, and all the family, including Bill, the Best in this time of sadness. My Dad just died a couple of months ago. I've tasted the sadness too. It's good to know that there is a next phase to our lives, thanks to our Lord, Jesus Christ.
