Billy Holman Obituary
Age 81 of Hendersonville, passed away February 11, 2015.
Mr. Holman was a dependable loving and selfless man that loved his family. He enjoyed working with his hands, doing crafts, wood working and using his tool & dye skills for work and at home. He also loved traveling, camping, fishing and most of spending time with his family. He was a retiree of Precision Products after 30+ years of service and a long time member of Hendersonville First Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy Felts Holman & Wallace Carlyle Holman; son, William Carlyle Holman.
Survived by his wife of 26 years, Jewel Holman; children, Gale Key (Robert), Gina Satterfield (Larry), Lori Jones (Duke), Rhonda Bagwell (Tim), Keith Hackett (Beth); 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; brother, Russell Holman (Margie); many extended family members and friends.
A Life Celebration will held 2 p.m., Saturday at Hendersonville Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Hendersonville Memory Gardens. Family to serve as Pallbearers. Visitation will be 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. Friday, & 12 p.m. - 2 p.m. Saturday, at Hendersonville Funeral Home, 353 Johnny Cash Pkwy., Hendersonville, TN 37075; (615) 824-3855.

Mr. Bill was always like an adopted grandpa to me. I lived beside Bill and Jewel for my childhood. I was always running next door for his help with something! We built toy cars together, fixed model trains, and shared more love than most biological relatives.
I know he is in a better place, but for those left behind, the world will be a little less special. He will be missed terribly.

I am so sorry to see this. Mr. Bill and Jewel were my neighbors, and my other set of parents for many years. We had so many good times together. My heart breaks for this loss, but I know Mr. Bill is in the arms of Jesus.

Such a sweet-kind-loving man. Bill so loved Jewel Sweetie and his family. We talked many times about his love for God and Family...See you one day soon Bill. It was an honor to serve you and Jewel the short time I knew yall.
