Read MoreMr. Bill was always like an adopted grandpa to me. I lived beside Bill and Jewel for my childhood. I was always running next door for his help with something! We built toy cars together, fixed model trains, and shared more love than most biological relatives.
I know he is in a better place, but for those left behind, the world will be a little less special. He will be missed terribly.

I am so sorry to see this. Mr. Bill and Jewel were my neighbors, and my other set of parents for many years. We had so many good times together. My heart breaks for this loss, but I know Mr. Bill is in the arms of Jesus.
