Rick was one of the most loyal and true friends I ever had, combined with one of the most fearless people I ever met. I dared not ask a favor of him, because he would do whatever it took, legal or not, with the persistence of The Terminator to accomplish the mission. We drove many miles and lost sleep together in the pursuit of dreams. He stood with me in Atlanta at an alter call for renewal that I answered. I miss him already, but know the last bit of life has been tough for him. My wife and I miss him already.

Rick Lykins was not just a special man! He was an excellent big brother to me!! I always knew as a young boy my brother was there to guide me, teach me and love me. I observed him to gleam strengths that I hope I now encompass and pass on to others. Growing up on 1513 Glen Ave, Kenova WV 25530 was a wonderful experience for me. Having loving, hard working parents and a wonderful brother and an amazing sister provided me with the surroundings for me to mature and grow. Rick Lykins was # 76 on the 1978 State Championship C- K Wonders. However, he was and will always remain my # 1 brother. Rick, I love you. Your little brother. Missing you tremendously David Spike Lykins!!!!

I went to school with Charlie. He made me laugh. Hdd was quiet most of the time but had a good sense of humor. I am praying for peace for the family durinng this most difficult time.
