Rick Lykins was not just a special man! He was an excellent big brother to me!! I always knew as a young boy my brother was there to guide me, teach me and love me. I went to school with Charlie. He made me laugh. Hdd was quiet most of the time but had a good sense of humor. I am praying for peace for the family durinng this most difficult time.
