Smith, Jr., Nashville, TN; her sons, DeNier Smith and D'Angelo Smith (Kelly), both of Atlanta, GA; her daughters, Lisa Carrawell (Cornell), Seaside, CA, Anita Thomas (Robby), Las Vegas, NV, Felecia Smith, Seaside, CA, Tonya Jones Hurt (David), Huntsville, AL Lakesha Smith, Huntsville, AL, Feltonia Mastin (Michael), Nashville, TN, JorDeisha Ransom, Memphis, TN; 25 beautiful grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, New Covenant Holy Temple COGIC, Nashville, Tennessee and Bread of Life International Ministries COGIC in Memphis, TN and a host of nieces, nephews and dear friends. Sis. Smith was a genuine lady with style and the epitome of class. She even fixed herself up for the grocery store. She loved my son as a child and would often entertain him. I will never forget the awesome fried chicken and comical nature of this lady. I was so sorry to hear of her passing. Thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Sister Connie Smith was a true virtuous woman of God. She was very kind and generous with a beautiful spirit of Christ. I met Connie in Chattanooga many years ago. She used to be a substitute teacher and served us well. When my mother died in 1994, she was my substitute teacher for an entire week.
