Dee Ann Summers age 69 of Charlotte, TN died November 19, 2016 at Vanderbilt Medical Center. Visitation: 11- 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 22, 2016 and Wednesday 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Funeral Services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 23, 2016 from the chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Bro. Bill Shouse officiating. Interment in Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
Survivors: Husband of 51 years: Jimmy Summers of Charlotte, TN; Daughters: Tammi Stone (Chris) of Charlotte, TN, Tangi Dawson (Mark) of Charlotte, TN & Tonya Jackson (Terry) of Cumberland Furnace, TN. Brothers: Dan Allen of GA. & Doug Horn (Mary Ruth) of FL; Sister-In-Law: Debbie Allen of Nashville, TN; Grandchildren: Jordan, Alisha, Christa, Shelby, Kayla, Katelyn, Summer, Tahlor & Trista; Great Grandchild: Chase. Preceded in death by Parents: Al Porter & Eva Lorene Poole; Brother: Richard Allen & Step Father: Dale Horn.
