Survived by wife, Virginia Myrul Sneed; children: Sabrina Sneed, Tonya Sneed; acquired children: Lamanda Renee Bell, Shawn Morris, Kathryn Glover; 4 grandchildren: Brandon (Angel) Sneed, Lamont Sneed, Phylicia (William) Everett, Jaylin Sneed; 12 acquired grandchildren: Jamaric, Travis, Jordyn, Taylor, Lainy, Dee Dee, Kevin, Sheylea, Kaly, Kristie, Kaityln, Britney (Sherman) Thompson; 7 great-grandchildren: Marleigh, Maliah, Mya, Asia, Bradley, Sherman Jr, Skylar; other relatives and friends. Public Viewing Friday, July 14, 2017 from 2-6 p.m. at Lewis & Wright Funeral Home. I am so sorry to hear of Rev. Sneed's passing. I will always remember his love for poetry that inspired me to return to writing during my years at Sulphur Springs A.M.E. Church. Sleep, gentle spirit, in the loving arms of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
