To the Suddeth family,

I was saddened to hear of Ella's passing. I've known her since my college years, being Forestine Venson's youngest sister. Over the years, I would see her at church, most all of the times I visited Nashville.

After Ella was unable to attend church and was in a nursing home, Forestine would ask me if I wanted to visit Ella, when I was in town. At those times, I truly believe that Ella remembered me. I will miss her, as I know my sister will and has been.

I am so sorry for your loss, and you have my sincere condolences.

To the Suddeth family,

Time can create distance, but in this case time created generations of friendship and memories that will never be forgotten. So family let your memories be the thoughts that rush through your minds when you think about your loved one; I know I will. I feel an example was set of "Loving the Life that was Lived and Living a Life that was Loved", what more can you ask.

Peace be Still,

Jerry Blackman

Ella, you have always been one of my closest friends, like a sister to me and my family. Our children were brought up together. Our husbands grew up together, golfed together, etc. We shared professional organizations & many trips together. I thank you for an adult life time of friendship, fun, laughter & sisterhood, family ties, together. You are truly missed. We all loved you so very much. Rest in peace with God, the one who loves us all. (11/15/16).
