You cannot touch her but she is there. You will hear her voice and laugh. You will see her expressions, her smile. The very best of her you will hear and see in a brother, sister, child or grandchild. She is with you every day in wonderful memories and the family you love. Now she is pain free and at peace with God.

Nanny I love you so very much. The world just does not feel the same without you. Heaven has gained a Angel and I can't wait to see you again. I know you will be watching over us. Thanks for being the best Nanny ever.

Jo Connors was the sweetest and most loving woman I know of. She took care of me more than 50 years ago and though we didn't see each other she was always close in my heart and my children and grandchildren knew of her and how much she meant to me. I was blessed to be able to see her while she was at Old Hickory Life Care and take one of my daughters and grandson to meet her. She had not changed one bit... She was the still beautiful sweet and loving lady I remembered with that cute smile on her face. I will never forget that smile....

My deepest sympathy, Glenda and Jim. It sounds like Mrs. Connors lived a very rich and full life and was loved by all who knew her. I don't know how her health has been in recent years but I do know that she is much better off in God's presence than in this troubled world. I know you miss her so much and, from my experience losing my Dad in '91, that never goes away. I know you have many wonderful memories to reflect back on. My prayers are with your family and I pray that God will give you the peace that only He can give.

Aunt Jo you had a beautiful long wonderful life and I have so many fond memories of you. I would call you for recipes and enjoyed hearing your voice and just chit chatting with you. I loved spending summers with you when I was a child. You and Uncle Jim always made it special. I especially liked Friday's at your house because Uncle Jim would go grocery shopping and we would have sandwiches, cokes and ice cream. You were a wonderful Aunt and Mother to your girls, Glenda, Kaye & Faye. I know you will be happy in Heaven and happy to see your sisters Mac, Martha Jo and Uncle Jim. You left behind a beautiful legacy. I will miss our little talks and being amazed at how good your memory was til the end. You were surrounded by family and many friends who loved you so. Heaven wanted you and we knew you were ready. Love and miss you already. Peggy Jean Davis.
