Karl was a great guy! I was one of his customers and went to lunch with him about 3 weeks ago. We were even planning to go to a concert together one of these days up at Red Rocks Colorado. He was a great friend and he will very much be missed.

Karl
When Jack and I met you the first time it was thanks to Henry. As always, a group of us were enjoying a frosty adult beverage in front of Pucketts when this beautiful
Black dog came running up to all of us. Instantly, the words it's Henry came out of the group more than once! I'll go inside and call Karl followed next. Henry spent the next few minutes being loved on by everyone before Karl walked down the street with a leash to come retrieve him.
Never having before met Karl or Henry, Jack immediately commented on how beautiful Henry was and it seemed like from that moment on we were three old friends. Ever time after that evening Karl and Henry always made it a point to stop, even if just for a moment to chat or ask how our day was treating us. His sweet nature was infectious! Karl and Henry both became a fixture in Leiper's Fork and the hearts of all of us. God speed our good friend. May the angels in Heaven watch over you until we meet again.❤

I am sure I am like many others in Karl's life and first had a work relationship with Karl. But that was never enough for Karl, he always wanted to have a personal friendship with everyone he worked with.
In all honesty, I think he worked and traveled to keep filling his life with more people he could call friends.
I always looked forward to having Karl visit to build on our friendship. He was a person that I deeply respected and will miss dearly.
My thoughts and prayers to all of Karl's family and friends during this incredibly difficult time.

The hair is certainly different, but I would recognize that handsome face forever!
He was my seventh grade (secret probably to only me) crush. My husband (who grew up in the neighborhood and was in Rick's class) and I lived near his parents. So friendly and warm-they imparted many fine qualities to their sons.
I remember Karl as sweet, friendly and kind; so, so handsome and tall. Oh, that long black hair!
His obituary vividly describes a man who embraced life, love and faith. I adore the Random Listener ministry concept! I'm sure he touched many lives and achieved what we all long for: to make a difference.
We are grieving another classmate this week, Lori Moyer. She is the thirty-sixth '79er to pass away. This is such a sad, yet bittersweet time as we remember them.
I pray his family finds comfort and peace and that his girls know they will always have good friends in Clearfield.

Karl came into our world professionally. We not only worked very closely with him, but his infectious personality quickly brought us all together as friends. He will be greatly missed by so many as he touched so many lives. May the strength of those who were blessed to know and love Karl support his family through the waves of the times ahead. He may not be in your sight, but he will always be in your heart; walking beside you; giving you strength and loving you every step of the way.

I am really going to miss Karl . We were pool buddies but enjoyed talking about other things we loved : cars, dogs, music, sports, pennslvania, etc. Karl had a neat style about him and he stayed upbeat . He traveled a bit but always let you know when he was back in town . So friendly .
It is a shocking loss to all.
