To Nicky, Rodney, Carol, Delaine You are in our prayers,
Kenny took a trip to heaven
but only in his mind
He wanted to know what it's like
to leave all this pain behind.
So he closed his eyes, and started to see
just how beautiful heaven can be.
He could see the pearly gates of white
and behind them was the most radiant light.
He saw the angels as they were passing by
so incredibly beautiful that a tear fell from his eye.
Everyone looked perfect and with the angels they did sing
there are no earthly words to describe the beauty of their wings.
As he sat on a bench in the most incredible garden
He asked God for all of his sins to be pardoned
He took one last look at all of the beauty around
and when he opened his eyes, it was peace in heaven he found.
Sleep In Peace Big Brother,
Kenny will forever be loved and remembered for his smile and the love he showed to his Bronte family.

The Merrell family and the South Inglewood Community lost a much loved and treasured member. I will always think of and remember you with the happiness you shared with me. Your heart and spirit revealed that you always accepted, cherished, and reflected your love for the Lord. I know you rest in peace, there must be a reward for such a spirit. I was so sorry to hear of Kenny's passing. It's been years since I've seen him but we grew up together on Bronte and he was like a brother to me, Ann and Darryl. My sympathies to his wife Beverly and children, along with siblings Delaine, Carol and Rodney. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.
