Linda Cox Obituary
Murfreesboro - Linda McCool Cox, age 70, former resident of West Nashville, died December 3.
She is proceeded in death my her parents, Estle and Pat McCool, and her brother. She is survived by her husband, Col. Billy Cox, a son, a daughter, two stepsons, five stepdaughters, 15 grandchildren, four great grandchildren, five siblings and her beloved Great Pyrenees, Buddy.
A Celebration of Life service is planned for 2:00 pm on December 10 at Belle Aire Baptist Church in Murfreesboro. Family visitation will take place at Woodfins Funeral home on Saturday, December 9 from 4:00 pm-7:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Murfreesboro City Schools Indigent Care Fund, 2552 S. Church St, Murfreesboro, TN 37127 or Alive Hospice, 1629 Williams Dr, Murfreesboro, TN 37217 or a charity of your choice in honor of Linda.

To all of Linda's family, our love and deepest condolences. It was our great pleasure to know her through the marriage of our son to Billy's daughter, Gena. She was a delightful person to be around, and the love she had for everyone was very evident in her life. She will be greatly missed.
