Hendren, Ryan, Justin and entire Merritt family,

In times of grief, we mourn our loved ones from the deepest part of our being. Out of great respect and from a place of 'true love always', we bear sorrow laden tears, as we say our 'earthly' goodbyes. We must continue our journey, so we sleep and wake to a new day, and within its newness, a day of hope and promise. This being the will and design of our Omnipotent God, who mercifully, holds each of us, including our departed loved ones, individually and uniquely in His hands. It is my prayer that you and your entire family be consoled and strengthened by the outpouring of love from friends, the love you have for each other, precious memories of 'Ms. Pearlie' and the love she leaves with each of you. Most importantly, be consoled by an unyielding faith in Almighty God, thru Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.
