Perry Chapdelaine Obituary
age 90 of Fairview passed away Tuesday November 24, 2015 at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin, TN. Mr. Chapdelaine is preceded in death by his parents Anthony Louis and Beatrice Etta Perry Fabio, first wife and mother of their children Ruby Elizabeth McCurley Chapdelaine, great grandchild Bentley DiMarco, son-in-laws Robert Wendall Jacobsen and Arron Dale Turner. Mr. Chapdelaine is survived by wife Mary Ann Chapdelaine; sons Dr. Perry Anthony (Dina) Chapdelaine, Randolph Lane (May) Chapdelaine, Joseph Gerard (Teena) Chapdelaine, Michael Mario (Leonora) Chapdelaine and John Thomas (Teresa) Chapdelaine; daughters Cheryl Elaine Jacobsen, Mary Susan (Rick) Boer, Rebecca Ann Winner, Patricia Teresa Smith and Candace Claire McBride; 32 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Dear Chapdelaine Family,
Please accept my sincere condolences; I am very saddened by Perry's death.
Perry was my very good friend since the early 1970's in Nashville. I spent very many pleasant and informative times with him, in his place and mine. Perry was a special man in many ways.
