A wonderful man and a wonderful family! I wish I could have known all of you before Roger became ill, but I feel blessed to have been a part of your lives for the last 10 months. Through all of the pain and the sorrow, he kept his sense of humor, his gracious nature, and his compassion for others. What a great role model for all of us. He and Linda were both so strong and courageous as they faced each new day and its trials. Their love and commitment to each other never waning. My thoughts and prayers are with Linda and the family today and going forward. May you find continued strength in the knowledge that his love is everlasting.

Lolo Martinez was not only an incredible father to Liz and Joey and an incredible grandfather to Serena and Aidan, he touched the lives of all their friends too. He and Lola became second family to Ed and I and Jack. We will miss his smile, his laugh and his infectious enthusiasm. He leaves a true legacy of compassion and kindness and intelligence in his children and grandchildren.

I was a patient of Dr Martinez & he was fabulous! Sweet, kind, jolly & totally upfront with his recommendations. I know I will never find another physician that I will like as much. My condolences to the family.

I will never forget the first time I met Dr. Roger Martinez (Tito Roger for us). He was my Dad and Mom's best friend and doctor. He was full of life and compassion with an infectious laugh. I know his patients, family, friends and me and my family will miss him terribly. I pray that God will will grant his family comfort as we express great gratitude to him for giving us the opportunity to be touched by such a gentle man and humanitarian.
