Thinking of you and will always keep you close in thought and prayers. Our days/months/years were some of the best years of my life, as you always said "having fun and enjoying what you do is never work" and how so right you were. We shared so many wonderful times @ work that I am truly grateful to you for. Rest well my friend, I love you.

When the practice I was in merged with Heritage Medical I came to know Dr Pennington as employer and my allergy doctor. Our first Christmas there HMA held a luncheon and Dr. Pennington gave the prayer of thanksgiving. I had never heard any minister pray such a gracious, God honoring prayer!
He gave the entire HMA staff a gift and a personal handwritten note expressing his gratitude.

TGP was such a wonderful man/physician/my mentor whom I respected and loved as my employer and known as my friend. We had many days/years doing what we both loved in the Allergy Dept., so many wonderful memories! TGP was such an extraordinary man!

I was fortunate to have benefited from Dr Pennington's skill and humanism. He was such an extraordinary physician and person. I often asked his staff to extend my thanks to Dr Pennington as I was being treated for allergies over the years. I miss Dr Pennington and share the admiration of his colleagues in medicine as well as the many patients that he helped during his lifetime.

I remember that he attended my wedding in 1974. He was a great man and dear comrade to my parents, Dr. B.L. (Bert and Texie) Holladay of Centerville. I remember thinking what an honor it was to have him there on my very special day and that he thought enough of my family to be there with his very busy schedule. It was very obvious he had a heart of caring and compassion that touched many people in many ways. He used his many God given talents most wisely for which I am sure he will be rewarded. He will be greatly missed. May God be with you during this time and in the days to come. Janet Holladay Foster

I had the great fortune of coming to know Dr Pennington in the past 8 years. His gentle and caring manner, sense of humor and keen wit will be greatly missed. I feel very privileged to have been able to get to know Dr Pennington. The world would certainly be an even better place if we all had a little more of Dr. Pennington in all of us!

Dr. Pennington was my parents doctor for as long as I can remember. He was always there to give advice for any of us who needed a doctor. He was so kind and caring to my mother when my father died. She was heart broken when she heard he had died. She use to bake cakes and take when they would go at Christmas time. What a blessing he was to the Hinton family. God be with you in this time of loss.

I was a patient of Dr. Pennington's for close to 20 years right up until his retirement. He was indeed a patient, caring, gentle doctor with a wonderful bedside manner. I was not aware of all of his accolades and awards but I am not surprised. He had much to share and teach and I'm glad to know he shared that with many. Thank you to his family for sharing him with us, his patients, for so many years. To his family and to Carol, Dr. K. Smith and his staff and friends at HMA, my deepest sympathies and prayer.

He was indeed a kind and caring person. I always looked forward to seeing him when I came in for my allergy tests and injections. I was a patient of his mother, Dr. Edna starting in the early 70's, she too was a kind and caring doctor. I am so sorry to hear about his passing.

Dr. Pennington stood out amongst men as one that always made one feel important and appreciated. His sincerity, genius, and genrosity exceeded all expectations. We will miss him but never-never forget what he shared with us and we are all better people today having observed how to be better from Dr. Pennington.
Terri and I offer our deepest sympathies to all of the members and friends of the Dr. Pennington.
