Tom Johnson Obituary
Cedar Hill - John Thomas Johnson "Tom", age 95 of Cedar Hill, Tennessee, died Friday, December 18, 2020 at his home.
The family will have a private funeral service. There will be no public visitation.
Pallbearers will be Ray Johnson, Ray Johnson, Jr., Rocky Shepard, Josh Shepard, Matt Shepard, and Curt Cale.
Mr. Johnson was born on April 5, 1925, in the Stroudville Community of Robertson County, Tennessee, to the late John I. and Lela Pickering Johnson. He was a carpenter, farmer, and a member of the Stroudsville Church of Christ.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Johnson; brother, William Ray Johnson; sisters, Pauline Bain, and Ruth Ellis.
He is survived by his son, Ray (Darlene) Johnson; daughters, Joanne (Rocky) Shepard, Donna (Curt) Cale; grandchildren, William Ray Johnson, Jr., Ashley Johnson, Brandi (Mark) Parish, Josh (Megan) Shepard, Matt (Lillie) Shepard, and Jessika (Cory) Collins; and great-grandchildren, Lily Parish, Dax Green, Jase Green, Sadie Shepard, Cayden Collins, and Lydia Collins.
The family wishes to say a special "thank you" to Asera Care, and his caregivers Dianne, Dorothy, Edith, Julie D., Julie N., Kristie, Mary, & Brooke.
If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Stroudsville Church of Christ Building Fund at 1531 Stroudsville Road, Adams, Tennessee, 37010.
