Nashville - Age 78, transitioned November 30, 2019. Survived by husband of 54 years, Thomas N. Ray; sister, Theresa (Wilkes) London; brother, Arthur Jr. (Barbara) Eaton; devoted sister in law, Lois Jean Mitchell; devoted nieces & nephews; other relatives & friends. Family will receive friends, Thursday, December 5th from 3-6pm at Lewis & Wright. Family Visitation Friday, December 6th from 10-10:30 am; Ivy Beyond the Wall Ceremony, 10:30-10:45 am with funeral to follow at Mt. Nebo Baptist Church, 2416 Clifton Avenue. Interment in Middle TN Veterans Cemetery, Pegram, TN.

Theresa, I am so sorry to hear about Vivian's
passing. We sat together at TSU's Homecoming a few years ago and talked about our Dad's and their friendship and Savannah. I felt like I went to school with Vivian, just like I did with you. We never get over losing our loved ones , however we remind ourselves that this is the Rest for them, and when Jesus comes back we will all be together forever-never separated. God's Blessing and Comfort to All of You.

My Deepest Sympathy and Condolences to the Family. April is a very dear friend to me and i had the pleasure to meet her through April and also through my Mt. Nebo Family-(Emma Buchanan) . She was such a sweet lady and I know she will be missed Tremendously. Heaven has definitely gained an Angel.... Rest Peacefully Aunt Vivian.
