The best Commander I every had in thirty three years working at the Tenn Air Guard. Col Bell was one of the best men I have ever known. If we had more men like him this would be a better world. Tonight Heaven is a better place with him in it. Gods speed Col. Till we met again my friend Clear skies for flying and smooth seas for sailing.
